Providing HR guidance to line management (Recent sites setup, Org. charts, workforce budget, training, grievance handling, performance appraisals, promotions, transfers, deputations, confirmations, disciplinary actions, industrial relations, regulatory/statutory compliance, etc.)
Act as an employee champion and change agent, managing employee relations and maintain cordial Industrial relations.
Assess whether the employee’s KRAs are aligned to business goals.
Analyzes trends, metrics, WC claims& wage settlements to develop solutions, initiatives, and policies.
Improve work culture and build morale and productivity to ensure less attrition through talent engagement programs.
Manage site HRBPs and ensure smooth HR Operations across all the sites in the respective business units.
Serve as a single point of contact to the line management for all HR activities.
