Key Responsibilities
· Sample Preparation
· Prepare seasoning samples as per provided recipes
· Ensure accurate weighing and mixing of ingredients
· Maintain consistency across batches
· Inventory Management
· Track and manage raw material stock in the lab
· Highlight low stock and support replenishment
· Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials
· Documentation & Systems
· Update records in Salesforce and Excel
· Maintain sample coding, labels, and traceability
· Record trial details and maintain logs
· Lab Management
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
· Organize lab materials, samples, and equipment
· Support day-to-day R&D; activities and trials
Eligibility
BSc (Chemistry / Food Science / Microbiology or related field)
Freshers or up to 1 year experience
