Organic Chemistry

Freshers to join our R&D; team. The candidate will be involved in organic synthesis, process development, reaction monitoring, analytical interpretation, and laboratory documentation for the development of specialty chemicals, agrochemicals, and intermediates.

Key Responsibilities
Perform organic synthesis experiments under the guidance of senior scientists.
Execute multi-step reactions and maintain laboratory notebooks.
Monitor reactions using analytical techniques such as TLC, HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy.
Purify synthesized compounds through distillation, crystallization, and chromatography.
Analyze and interpret experimental results.
Prepare samples for characterization using NMR, IR, GC-MS, and HPLC.
Maintain accurate documentation of experiments and observations.
Follow laboratory safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.
Assist in process optimization and scale-up studies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution
