Own the end-to-end customer sales journey, from lead qualification and consultations to follow-ups and successful conversions.

Engage with prospective customers through in person meetings and centre visits as well as virtual consultations, and digital channels to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Lead with empathy while building trust and delivering an exceptional and consultative sales experience.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer interactions, and follow-up schedules using CRM tools.

Collaborate closely with marketing, operations,



and customer success teams to maximize lead conversion and customer satisfaction.

Address customer queries with confidence and professionalism while ensuring a seamless buying experience.

Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and customer insights to improve sales effectiveness.

/n /n What You Bring /n /n
3+ years of SDR, quota-carrying sales or account management experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

/n
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

/n
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

/n
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.

/n
Experience using CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines.

/n
Based in Bangalore or genuinely willing to relocate

/n /n Personal inclination towards in health and fitness will be an added bonus.
