Role Description The Residential Property Consultant – Pune is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The consultant will assist clients in identifying suitable residential properties, conduct property visits, and provide detailed information on features, pricing, and neighborhood profiles. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, maintaining updated property listings, coordinating with developers and owners, and guiding clients through negotiation and closing processes.

The role involves preparing basic documentation, supporting clients with loan or legal queries by coordinating with internal and external partners, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s systems.



The consultant is expected to deliver professional, customer-focused service while working towards individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications
Robust Consulting and Real Estate knowledge to advise clients on suitable properties and market trends.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and support clients throughout the buying process.
Proven Sales abilities, including lead conversion, relationship management, and working with sales targets.
Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, with familiarity or willingness to learn local areas and residential projects.
Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients and site visits efficiently.
Prior experience in real estate, housing finance, or property consulting is preferred but not mandatory.
Relevant education in business, commerce, real estate, or a related field is an advantage.
