Job Title: Sales Executive –Training & Certification Department

Type: Full-Time Location: Indore / In office Industry: EdTech / Qualified Training & Certification About the Role We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Training & Certification business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining PMP training programs, following up with prospects, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
Generate and manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Understand prospects' career goals and recommend suitable PMP training programs.
Explain course structure, perks, fees, batches, certification process, and other relevant details.
Follow up regularly with interested prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/lead management systems.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.




Coordinate with the training/operations team for successful student onboarding.
Maintain daily call, follow-up, and sales reports.
Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Requirements - Graduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, EdTech, training, or certification sales preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Valuable negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
Prior experience in selling professional courses/certifications will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
