Job Responsibilities
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, procedures, and quality records.
Conduct and support internal, customer, and certification audits.
Handle NCR, CAPA, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Monitor quality KPIs, objectives, and continual improvement activities.
Coordinate with production and other departments for effective QMS implementation.
Support Management Review Meetings (MRM) and audit closure activities.

Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, or related field.
3+ years of experience in QMS/Quality in a manufacturing industry.
Positive knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, 7 QC Tools, CAPA, 5 Why, and internal audits.
Positive documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience in steel/wire manufacturing will be an advantage.Role & responsibilities
