Drive sales and business growth across Tamil Nadu.

Develop and maintain robust relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors and key customers.

Manage and expand the dealer and distribution network.
N
Achieve sales targets and ensure market growth.
N
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
N
Identify recent business opportunities and develop new markets.
N
Lead and manage the sales team for the region.
N
Ensure effective marketcoverage and customer engagement.
N
nCandidate Requirements
N
n
5–10 years of experience in the Steel / TMT industry is mandatory.
N
Solid knowledge of theTamil Nadu steel/TMT market.
N
Proven experience in sales and dealer/distributor management.
N
Good communication, negotiation and team management skills.
N
Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
N
Candidates currently working in the Steel / TMT industry will be preferred.
