KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and deliver monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new markets and new customer accounts within the region.
Manage the full customer lifecycle — regular follow-up, relationship ownership, and market activity tracking.
Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Drive timely payment collection and maintain healthy receivables.
Handle customer complaints and ensure high standards of service and satisfaction.
Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports on sales, market activity, and collections.




Support demand generation and forecasting for the territory.
Travel across the Northern region as required to service and grow the customer base.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Graduate with 2–8 years of relevant sales experience; Science graduates with a Management Diploma preferred.
Demonstrated team leadership ability, with a proven track record of hitting sales numbers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a skilled, consultative approach to business.
Comfortable working independently under pressure, with solid ownership of outcomes.
Proficient with MS Office and general internet-based tools.
