Role Description

This is a full time, in office role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. As a Sales Engineer, your responsibilities will include identifying customer needs, developing tailored technical solutions, and presenting them effectively to potential clients.



You will play a key role in driving sales and building relationships by providing exceptional technical support and customer service.

Additionally, you will assist in pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any technical queries.

Qualifications
Solid skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships
Excellent Communication skills for effective presentations and negotiations
Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into tailored solutions
Educational background in engineering or a related technical field is preferred
Prior experience in the industrial equipment or manufacturing sectors is an advantage
Willingness to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area
