Role Overview:

Responsible for developing and executing the overall sales and marketing strategy for solar cells and modules, building customer relationships, developing sales channels, driving business growth and achieving revenue and volume targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategy for solar cells/modules.
Build and manage a robust customer and sales pipeline across India.
Identify and develop relationships with EPC companies, solar developers, IPPs, distributors and OEMs.
Drive B2B sales and business development for solar products.
Develop key accounts and strategic customer relationships.
Identify current markets, customers and business prospects.
Prepare annual sales plans, revenue targets and sales forecasts.
Lead pricing,



commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and solar industry pricing.
Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Finance and Quality teams to ensure timely customer deliveries.
Develop and manage channel/distributor networks, wherever applicable.
Ensure achievement of sales volume, revenue and margin targets.
Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings and business forums.
