Role Description: /n As a Principle Engineer - Automation - Functional Testing at Incedo, you will be responsible for designing and executing test cases and scripts to ensure the functionality of software products and applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and provide recommendations for improvements to the development team. /n Roles & Responsibilities: /n /n
Design and develop automation functional testing solutions using tools such as Selenium and Appium.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
/n
Configure and deploy automation functional testing solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
/n
Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.
/n
Foster a collaborative and supportive work setting, promoting open communication and teamwork.
/n
Demonstrate solid leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best.
/n /n Skills Requirements:

Proficient in Automation testing tools such as Selenium or Appium
/n
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
/n
Experience with Test Automation frameworks and best practices
/n
Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies

Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it.
/n
Should be able to identify problems, generate effective solutions, and troubleshoot issues that may arise while working on complex projects.
