We are looking for compassionate and dedicated healthcare professionals to join our homecare team. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care at patients’ homes, ensuring comfort, safety, and proper medical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide basic to advanced nursing care at home
Monitor patient health, vital signs, and daily progress
Assist patients with personal care (bathing, feeding, mobility, etc.)
Administer medications and injections as prescribed (for ANM/GNM/Nurse)
Maintain hygiene and infection control standards
Support patients and families with empathy and professionalism
Maintain accurate patient records and reports
Requirements:
Relevant certification (GDA / ANM / GNM / Nursing Diploma or Degree)
Prior experience in homecare or hospital setting preferred
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Patient-centric approach with a caring attitude
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
Willingness to travel for home visits
Salary: Competitive, based on experience Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
