Key Responsibilities

Lead Management
Call prospective customers generated through marketing campaigns.
Understand client requirements and qualify leads.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects via phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.

Data Mining & Research
Research potential clients using LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and business directories.
Identify key decision-makers such as CEOs, Directors, HR Managers, IT Managers, Operations Managers, and Business Owners.
Collect verified contact information including company details, email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles.
Maintain a clean and updated lead database.

Marketing Support
Assist with email marketing campaigns.
Support LinkedIn outreach activities.
Help execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead follow-ups.





CRM Management
Update lead status and customer interactions.
Track follow-up schedules and reminders.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Prepare weekly reports on lead generation, follow-ups, and meetings.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in speaking with clients over the phone.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Basic internet research and LinkedIn prospecting skills.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to learn current software and tools quickly.

Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM software.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
Basic understanding of B2B sales and digital marketing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
