Understand client requirements and recommend suitable office-space options.
Conduct property tours and present IHDP’s facilities, infrastructure and key advantages.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and commercial offers for prospects.
Negotiate rentals, lease terms, lock-in periods and other commercial conditions.
Build and maintain robust relationships with brokers, IPCs and corporate clients.
Follow up with prospects regularly and convert qualified leads into confirmed leases.
Coordinate documentation, agreements, payments and space handover with internal teams.
Maintain leasing reports, track occupancy and support marketing campaigns to improve lead generation.
