Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our commercial team, drive B2B sales, develop new customers, and strengthen Nectar Fresh’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Drive B2B sales across HORECA, Institutional, Bulk, FMCG and Distributor channels.
Generate new leads, develop key accounts, and convert opportunities into sales.
Monitor sales pipeline, revenue, targets, and team performance.
Handle customer negotiations, escalations, and key client relationships.
Guide digital marketing activities including social media, content, lead generation and brand promotion.
Maintain sales reports, trackers, follow-ups, and daily sales discipline.
Coordinate with Production, QA, Purchase,



Accounts and Dispatch for smooth order execution.
Travel locally for customer meetings and market development.

Candidate Profile
4–6 years of B2B/FMCG sales experience with 2+ years in a managerial role.
Solid leadership, negotiation and commercial skills.
Experience in Food/FMCG/Wellness preferred.
Positive knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
Excellent communication in English & Kannada; Hindi preferred.
Robust computer, reporting and CRM/tracker skills.
Target-oriented, disciplined and willing to travel.
