Key Responsibilities
Procurement of construction materials: cement, steel, hardware, electrical, plumbing items
Vendor sourcing, rate negotiation & PO management
Coordination with site team for material requirement and delivery
Source materials and manage vendor relationships
Compare quotations, negotiate best rates
Ensure timely delivery to site as per project schedule
You should have:
2+ years experience in construction procurement
Positive knowledge of building materials and market rates
Strong negotiation & communication skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
