Key Responsibilities
Report Review &
Audit:

Review radiology reports across assigned modalities including X-ray, CT, MRI, Mammography, PET-CT, and other studies for clinical consistency, completeness, and clarity.
Accuracy &
Compliance:

Verify appropriate use of radiology terminology and reporting formats while ensuring compliance with approved templates, SOPs, and client-specific requirements.
Discrepancy Identification: Identify missed findings, incorrect interpretations, contradictions, and reporting errors. Classify discrepancies into major, moderate, or minor categories based on clinical significance.
Workflow &
Routing:

Route reports requiring correction to the concerned radiologist or senior/second-opinion radiologist, tracking each case through to final resolution and closure.
Feedback &
Escalation:

Provide structured feedback to radiologists, maintain records of recurring errors, track corrective actions (CAPA), and immediately escalate significant clinical discrepancies or patient-safety concerns.
Critical Finding Communication:



Ensure priority handling for emergency and critical cases, verifying that critical findings and urgent communications are documented correctly.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:
UG: B.Sc / Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Medical Imaging, Radiography, or related healthcare domain.

Technical &
Functional Skills:
Domain Knowledge: Robust understanding of radiology terminology, reporting formats, and workflows across X-ray, CT, and MRI modalities.
System Exposure: Exposure to PACS, RIS, and EMR environments is a robust advantage.
Quality Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for discrepancy logging and report auditing.
Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, solid written and verbal communication, and strong documentation abilities.

Shift &
Work Requirements:
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational demands.
