Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work full time on-site at The Glassberry in the Pune Division. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting service offerings, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

The specialist will support marketing campaigns by coordinating promotional activities, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback to refine strategies. Daily responsibilities include maintaining robust client relationships, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and service delivery. The role also includes training and guiding junior team members on sales and customer engagement best practices.

Qualifications
Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide clear, skilled support.
Proven Sales experience,



including lead generation, prospecting, and managing deals through to successful closure.
Experience in Sales Management and Training, with the ability to guide team members and support performance improvement.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including online advertising, social media, and web-based lead generation.
Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software.
Prior experience in IT services or digital marketing agencies is an advantage.
