Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Chandigarh for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting S.

K. Enterprises’ range of industrial fasteners and clamps. Daily activities include conducting market research, preparing and presenting product proposals, negotiating sales, and coordinating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role also involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, participating in industry events,



and providing product training and support to clients and internal teams. The specialist will be expected to meet sales targets, maintain accurate sales records, and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage accounts, and achieve sales targets.
Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product knowledge and support to clients and team members.
Candidates should have knowledge of industrial products, preferably fasteners and clamps, and familiarity with manufacturing or engineering sectors.
Candidates should have proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally in B2B or industrial markets, and the ability to work with data and CRM tools.
Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
Candidates should demonstrate robust organizational skills, willingness to travel for client visits, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
