Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in the Greater Surat Area. The specialist will identify and engage prospective customers, present product offerings, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, participating in promotional activities, and providing feedback to improve marketing strategies and materials. The specialist will collaborate with the sales management team,



assist in training new team members, and report on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to generate leads, conduct product presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
