Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and service.
Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff.
Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, presentation, and service standards.
Handle billing, inventory, and daily operational reports.
Coordinate with Kitchen, F&B;, Front Office, and other departments.
Manage staff schedules and ensure smooth shift operations.
Drive sales and maintain cost-control standards.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in restaurant/hotel management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Valuable knowledge of restaurant operations and guest handling.
Smart, active, and well-presented with a professional attitude.
Location: Rajpura, Punjab Salary: As per experience and skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
