Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities for construction projects.
Handle procurement of fire-fighting and plumbing materials, equipment, and related items.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and finalize orders.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project requirements.
Coordinate with project, site, engineering, and accounts teams for purchase requirements.
Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, quality, and material availability.
Maintain proper purchase records, vendor documentation, and MIS reports.
Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Resolve issues related to quality, quantity, delivery, and vendor payments.




Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure procurement is aligned with project budgets and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in purchase/procurement.
Experience in construction, fire-fighting, plumbing, MEP, or infrastructure projects preferred.
Valuable knowledge of fire-fighting and plumbing materials.
Robust vendor management and negotiation skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and purchase/ERP systems.
Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work within strict deadlines.
