Position - Sales Recruiter (Sales Hiring)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive Sales Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales positions across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, onboarding, and ensuring timely hiring while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition

● Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales positions across Pan India.

● Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels.

● Screen profiles, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

● Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling.

● Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Offer & Onboarding

● Roll out offer letters and negotiate compensation within approved budgets.

● Coordinate pre-joining documentation and onboarding formalities.

● Ensure a seamless joining experience for new hires. Recruitment Operations

● Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.





● Ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting hiring targets.

● Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing Sales hiring requirements.

● Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide regular recruitment updates.

● Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably handling Sales hiring.

● Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Excel.

● Robust sourcing, screening, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

● Ability to manage multiple positions in a quick-paced workplace.

● Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

● Experience in bulk Sales hiring across multiple regions.

● Exposure to FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, or D2C hiring will be an added advantage.

● Experience handling recruitment MIS, interview coordination, and onboarding activities.
