Role

We are looking for a confident and motivated sales person to help us acquire current customers across Pune.

Responsibilities
Find and contact potential organizations/customers.
Make calls and conduct field visits and meetings.
Understand customer needs and explain our product.
Conduct product demos.
Follow up with prospects and close sales.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Maintain leads and sales activity in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with calling, field visits, and face-to-face meetings.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Willing to travel within Pune.




Basic computer/WhatsApp/email knowledge.
Languages: Marathi + Hindi + English preferred.
Freshers can apply; sales experience is a plus.

Incentives Attractive performance-based incentives.

This is a field sales role, not a telecalling-only job.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
