ZIAAB Global OPC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and result-oriented Field Sales & Business Development Executive to drive sales and develop new business opportunities across Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities
Generate sales through field visits, door to door/direct customer sales, cold calling and lead follow-ups.
Visit and develop business with salons, cosmetic stores, retailers, wholesalers and distributors.
Identify new customers and business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
Follow up on enquiries received through website, WhatsApp, Amazon and social media.
Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.
Identify and approach relevant social-media influencers/content creators for potential collaborations.
Coordinate order fulfilment, including order processing, packing/dispatch coordination, delivery follow-ups and maintaining basic stock/order records.
Maintain customer, lead and sales records using Excel/Google Sheets.
Prepare basic PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations and regular sales reports.
Collect market feedback on competitors, pricing and customer demand.
Achieve assigned sales and customer-acquisition targets.





Candidate Requirements
2–4 years of experience in field sales, business development, direct sales, FMCG, cosmetics, personal care or retail.
Robust English & Hindi communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Confident in cold calling, field visits and direct selling.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and social media for business communication.
Positive knowledge of the Lucknow market is preferred.

Travel/Fuel Allowance: As per company policy Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives in addition to fixed salary
