Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a NABH-accredited hospital is mandatory.
Experience in hospital quality/nursing quality is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor compliance with NABH standards and hospital policies.
Conduct nursing audits, quality rounds and documentation audits.
Monitor nursing quality indicators and patient safety practices.
Identify gaps and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure compliance with infection control, medication safety and clinical protocols.
Coordinate with nursing departments for quality improvement initiatives.
Assist with internal audits and NABH assessments.
Prepare and maintain quality-related reports and records.
