Role & responsibilities
Estimation and preparation of master quantities for all items as per the comments on codes for the project
Preparation of Material reconciliation for A Class & Bulk materials on every month
Cash flow forecasts, P.O and W.O quantity preparation on every month
Certification of Labour bills & Certification of Subcontractor running bills and maintaining track sheet for the bills through ERP Software
Preparation of bar bending bending schedule
Preparation of project closure report
Preparation of profit loss statement for labour bill processing
Spent & Stock Preparation on every week.
Preparing rate analysis for all activities




Responsible for cost analysis and control conducting feasibility studies for estimate materials, time and Labour cost.
Managing and assessing variations and providing accurate costing on works
Preparing actual productivity of technicians and comparing with budgeted productivity, discussing with project head to increase the efficiency of work.

Preferred candidate profile Preferable looking for male candidates as this profile would require travelling within project sites.

Should have experience in residential as well as commercial

4- 7 yrs of experience in QS & Billing
