Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Engineer/Sr Engineer with a robust background in materials manufacturing and project management. This role involves leading research and development initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and driving innovation in material processing and product development to meet technical and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development
Development of products as per customer requirements.
Conduct detailed analysis and testing of materials to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.

Project Management
Plan, coordinate, and execute R&D; projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and adherence to budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality to ensure seamless project execution.
Track project progress, manage risks,



and implement corrective actions when needed.

Design and Testing
Oversee prototype development and testing, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and performance goals.
Evaluate test results and prepare technical reports and recommendations.

Documentation and Compliance
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, test protocols, and technical reports.
Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ASTM, ISO, ROHS).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
