About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented and confident Sales Manager to lead sales activities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Generate and manage leads through various channels and ensure timely follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Negotiate with clients and effectively handle objections to convert leads into sales.
Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate records of leads and conversions.
Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing, CRM, and other internal teams.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities,



and new project developments.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
Real estate industry experience preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Confident and professional personality with strong client-handling skills.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong convincing ability.
Good knowledge of the Pune real estate market will be an advantage.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven workplace.
Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
