Supervise day-to-day security operations across the Tech Park.
Manage and deploy security guards as per shift rosters.
Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
Ensure effective access control and visitor management procedures.
Conduct regular patrols and security inspections of the premises.
Monitor CCTV systems and coordinate incident response.
Handle emergency situations including fire, medical, and security incidents.
Prepare daily occurrence reports, incident reports, and attendance records.
Coordinate with facility, housekeeping, and EHS teams during emergencies.
Ensure security personnel maintain proper grooming, discipline, and SOP compliance.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
