Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Explain course fees, eligibility, certification, and career prospects.
Maintain admission records and achieve monthly targets.
Coordinate with academic and sales teams.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and counseling skills.
Good convincing and follow-up ability.
Basic MS Office/CRM knowledge.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
