Job Summary The MIS Executive is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting operational and financial data across multiple retail food outlets and central distribution points. This role consolidates daily sales figures, stock inventory, wastage logs, and store performance metrics to provide management with timely, accurate data insights that help control costs and drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and consolidate daily sales, wastage, and inventory data from Point of Sale (POS) systems across all locations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering store revenue, average ticket size, and customer footfall trends.
- Track food costs, stock variances, and wastage patterns to identify and highlight cost leaks for operational heads.
- Reconcile third-party delivery platform sales and payout data (e.g., online food aggregator orders).
- Maintain central databases for store inventory, indents, kitchen dispatches, and supplier invoices.
- Collaborate with store managers and warehouse teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and data entry errors in POS/ERP software.




- Build easy, easy-to-read Excel dashboards and summary decks for senior leadership reviews.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications (BCA), Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in MIS, data management, or operational reporting (Retail, QSR, or Food & Beverage industry experience is preferred).
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation, and reporting templates).
- Software Knowledge: Practical exposure to restaurant/retail POS systems (e.g., Petpooja, Posist) and database management tools.
- Core Competencies: Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable operational insights.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
