What we are looking for in a candidate

● Creating relevant data reporting dashboards to support day to day business management & growth.

● Take ownership of the entire logistics & courier partnerships and be responsible for daily RTO management and NDR process.

● Define dashboards and track key metrics.

● Creating or modifying automated dashboards to support day-to-day tracking of business and product metrics

● Ability to quickly understand the end-to-end business and online product journeys

● Conduct relevant analysis by collecting data from all internal and external sources to get answers to business question.

● Manage basic shopify cataloging tasks and workflows.

Desired Skills and Experience

● 0-1 years of relevant experience. Preferably in E-Commerce domain.





● Excellent with MS Excel. Advanced Excel will be great to have.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills – significant for a clear delivery of insights.

● Great to have skills - SQL, Google Analytics, Big Query, Python, Advance excel.

● Need to find a way to automate reports, or maintain existing reports.

● Independent thinker, Persistent, performance-driven and solution-oriented.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to work between departments to collect and collate information.
