We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to build and productionize ML pipelines for document and workflow automation. In this role, you will develop models for unstructured data and deploy reliable AI capabilities directly into production.

- Develop, train, evaluate, and improve machine learning models for business use cases.
- Build ML solutions for document understanding, classification, extraction, and workflow automation.
- Work with large and diverse datasets to develop robust ML pipelines.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, experimentation, and model evaluation.




- Integrate ML models into production applications and backend services.
- Develop and maintain data and ML pipelines for reliable model inference.
- Experiment with modern NLP, LLM, and generative AI techniques where relevant.
- Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, latency, and reliability.

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning / Applied AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML programming.
- Robust understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model development.
- Experience with scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent ML frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
- Experience working with structured and/or unstructured datasets.
