Role Description The MES Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirupati, responsible for leading the implementation, and continuous improvement of the Manufacturing Execution System across the facility. This role oversees daily MES operations, ensures accurate data flow between shop floor and enterprise systems, and supports production, quality, and maintenance teams with real-time information. The MES Head collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, configure workflows, and manage system upgrades and integrations.

Typical responsibilities include monitoring system performance, resolving MES-related issues, maintaining documentation and standards, training users, and driving process automation and compliance. The role also involves analyzing operational metrics, recommending improvements, and aligning MES capabilities with business and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), including system architecture, configuration, deployment, and support.
- Strong background in electronics or high-volume manufacturing environments, with knowledge of shop-floor processes,



production planning, and quality control.
- Experience integrating MES with ERP, PLM, and automation platforms, and familiarity with data collection, traceability, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in process mapping, workflow design, and continuous improvement methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data and convert it into actionable insights.
- Effective leadership and stakeholder management abilities, including team mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor coordination.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to train users and create technical and process documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in MES or manufacturing systems are an advantage.
- Willingness to work in office in Tirupati and engage directly with production teams on the shop floor.
