Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Estimate Engineer based in Navi Mumbai. The MEP Estimate Engineer will prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and bid documents.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specifications, coordinating with design and project teams to clarify technical requirements, and updating estimates as designs evolve. The role involves evaluating vendor and subcontractor quotations, assisting with value engineering options, and supporting tender submissions and negotiations. The engineer will also maintain estimation databases, track market prices,



and contribute to project budgeting and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) skills, with practical understanding of integrated building services.
- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Engineering and Building Services, including reading and interpreting electrical and building services drawings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Plumbing and MEP Coordination, with experience in coordinating between disciplines to avoid design and site conflicts.
- Candidates should have proficiency in estimation and quantity take-off software (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD, specialized estimating tools) and be comfortable with technical documentation.
- Candidates should hold a relevant engineering degree or diploma (Mechanical/Electrical or related field) and have prior experience in MEP estimating or construction projects.
- Candidates should demonstrate solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities, along with clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidates should be able to work collaboratively with project teams, vendors, and clients, and manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively.
