About the Role Lead Height is looking for a result-driven Meta Ads Executive / Performance Marketing Specialist who has strong hands-on experience in running and optimizing Facebook &

- Instagram advertising campaigns. We strongly prefer candidates who have previously worked with a Digital Marketing Agency, as this role involves managing multiple client accounts across different industries, including both domestic and international clients. If you are someone who enjoys working with different campaign objectives, testing new strategies, analyzing performance and continuously improving results, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities • Plan, create, launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns for multiple clients.

- Handle campaigns across Facebook &
- Instagram for both domestic and international markets.
- Manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously while maintaining campaign quality and performance.
- Develop campaign strategies according to different business objectives such as: o Lead Generation o Website Conversions o Sales o Traffic o Engagement o Remarketing o Brand Awareness • Conduct audience research and create effective targeting strategies.
- Work with Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, Interest-Based &
- Behavioural Targeting.
- Regularly monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, ROAS and other key performance metrics.
- Continuously test and optimize: o Ad creatives o Copy o Audiences o Placements o Campaign structures o Bidding & budgets • Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.
- Explore and implement new Meta Ads methods, strategies, features and optimization techniques.




- Prepare campaign performance reports and provide meaningful insights.
- Coordinate with creative/content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager and advertising policies.
- Take ownership of campaign performance and work towards achieving client KPIs.

What We Are Looking For • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Performance Marketing.

- Candidates with previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency will be strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Experience handling both domestic and international campaigns will be an advantage.
- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager &
- Meta Business Manager.
- Good understanding of lead generation, conversion campaigns, audience targeting and remarketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working with performance-based targets and KPIs.
- Must be willing to learn, test and implement new advertising methods rather than relying only on repetitive campaign structures.
- Good communication and client-understanding skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
