Job Title: Fab & Erection Billing Executive

Location: Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Fab & Erection Billing Executive with relevant experience in fabrication and erection projects. The candidate will be responsible for project billing, measurements, BOQ and coordination with site and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare RA Bills, Client Bills and Subcontractor Bills for fabrication & erection work.

Prepare and verify measurement sheets, BOQ and billing statements.

Verify quantities, rates and completed work at site.

Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers and clients for bill certification.

Prepare running bills as per project progress and contractual requirements.

Check work orders, BOQ, rates and supporting documents.

Handle billing reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in measurements and quantities.





Maintain proper records of all billing-related documents.

Prepare billing MIS and project-related reports.

Ensure timely submission and follow-up of bills and payments.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.

2–5 years of relevant experience in Fabrication & Erection Billing.

Strong knowledge of BOQ, Measurement, RA Billing and Rate Analysis.

Good knowledge of MS Excel.

Experience in structural steel / fabrication / erection projects will be preferred.

Valuable communication, coordination and documentation skills.

Candidates willing to work at project/site location in Uttar Pradesh will be preferred.
