Senior Counsellor – Ambala Location: Ambala Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Counsellor to join our Ambala office. The ideal candidate should have robust communication and sales skills, with the ability to understand students' requirements and convert leads into admissions. Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students and guide them regarding our courses.
Handle leads through calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups. Convert prospective students into admissions. Follow up with interested students and maintain proper records. Handle fee collection and pending fee follow-ups.
Coordinate with trainers and the branch team for smooth student operations.
Maintain robust relationships with students and provide excellent support. Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets. Support and guide junior counsellors when required.
Requirements2 years of experience in counselling, sales, or education. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Solid follow-up and lead-conversion ability. Target-oriented and confident personality.
Prior experience in an education institute will be an advantage.
