Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and TypeScript.
Build and enhance microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.
Develop responsive, reusable, and user-friendly front-end components using React.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
Integrate applications with databases, third-party systems, and cloud services.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud-native deployments.
Ensure application security, performance optimization, scalability, and reliability.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.





Preferred Candidate Profile
10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka.
Valuable understanding of system design, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience mentoring teams and leading technical initiatives.
Exposure to GenAI, observability tools, or cloud modernization projects is an added advantage.
