We need a Senior Accountant who has worked in real estate or property leasing before. This person will handle the accounts for our properties, manage rent-related records, and make sure our financial books are accurate and up to date.

What You'll Do
Handle day-to-day accounting for our properties (rent, expenses, deposits)
Keep track of lease agreements — start date, end date, renewals, rent increases
Prepare monthly rent statements and reconcile tenant payments
Manage security deposits and maintenance charges (CAM)
Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports
Match bank statements with company records (bank reconciliation)
Prepare and review journal entries
Work closely with the property management team for expense tracking
Help during audits by providing required documents and reports
Guide and review the work of junior accountants
Keep fixed asset records (buildings, equipment)



and calculate depreciation
Make sure all accounting follows company policy and standard accounting rules

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 5–8 years of accounting experience, with some experience in real estate or leasing
Good knowledge of rent agreements and lease terms
Comfortable using accounting software (Tally, Yardi, MRI, QuickBooks, or similar)
Solid Excel skills (basic to intermediate — formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
Positive understanding of basic accounting principles
Valuable communication skills and ability to explain numbers clearly
Able to manage multiple properties and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹143.96 - ₹200.00 per month
