Provide functional production support for SAP OTC processes.
Handle incidents and perform ticket triage.
Troubleshoot functional issues and perform Root Cause Analysis.
Support business process optimisation and continuous improvement.
Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of incidents.
Work with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements.
Support seamless business operations across SAP S/4HANA OTC environments.

EDI Integrations
Pricing
Billing
Order Fulfillment
Drive proactive monitoring and problem management.
Support release readiness and production changes.
Identify prospects for automation and performance optimisation.
Contribute to service reliability and operational excellence.
