Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to independently handle day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain books of accounts.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare and maintain bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, journal entries and payment records.
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments.
Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.




Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, customers and internal teams.
Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of accounting records.
Support balance sheet and profit & loss preparation.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.

Candidate Requirements
B.Com graduate is mandatory.
35 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, AP, AR and Bank Reconciliation.
Experience in ledger scrutiny and account finalization.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
