About the role

This is a full time, on-site role. We are looking for a Finance professional to manage and oversee the finance function for the Raindrop team. The role requires solid financial oversight, planning, and commercial understanding, with hands-on exposure to the Media & Entertainment industry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling finance independently while working closely with business stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end financial operations and accounting functions.
Prepare and present monthly MIS, financial reports, and performance dashboards.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost controls.
Support commercial negotiations, contracts, and deal structuring.




Coordinate with internal teams, external auditors, consultants, and CAs.
Ensure adherence to financial controls, statutory compliance, and company policies.
Provide financial insights to support business decisions and growth initiatives.

Requirements:
M Com/ Semi-Qualified CA
Solid understanding of MIS, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and commercial finance.
Good negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of finance responsibilities
