What you'll do
Develop interior design concepts and detailed design solutions for residential and hospitality projects
Create 3D models and photorealistic renders for design presentations and client approvals
Prepare working drawings, material and finish schedules, and detailed documentation
Coordinate closely with site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed accurately on site
Select furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes that align with the design vision and budget.
Work with the design team and Principal Architect to refine and finalize design deliverables.
What we're looking for
2–4 years of relevant experience, with exposure to both residential and hospitality projects
Solid proficiency in 3D modelling, D5 Render, AutoCAD, MS Office, and Photoshop
Solid experience with site coordination and execution, not just design on paper
A sharp eye for detail materials, finishes, proportions, and spatial planning
Good communication skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
