Role Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our online growth. This role is focused on driving revenue through digital channels, building a strong brand presence, and executing high-impact marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and revenue growth through digital channels
- Manage and optimize the company website for conversions
- Handle and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Collaborate with and manage influencers and brand partnerships




- Identify trends and create high-performing content strategies
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve campaign ROI

Key Requirements

- Proven experience in social media management (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in running Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of content trends and digital growth strategies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and execute quickly
- Passion for sports and fitness (preferred)

- Location: Chiriamore, Kolkata, West Bengal
- Type: Full-Time
- Open Positions: 1
- Working Days: 6 days / week (Sunday Off)
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Compensation: 20,000 / month + 1% of total digital Sales
