Role Description The Marketing Intern is a full-time remote role supporting the marketing and business development activities at Ooplab. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market research, gathering and organizing customer and competitor insights, and helping to develop marketing strategies and campaigns for Ooplab’s software and AI solutions. The intern will support communication efforts by drafting marketing content, preparing presentations, and helping coordinate outreach to prospective clients in collaboration with sales and customer service teams.

The role also involves tracking campaign performance, maintaining marketing databases or CRM entries, and contributing ideas to improve brand awareness and lead generation.



This position provides hands-on experience in a technology-focused environment and opportunities to learn core marketing and sales processes.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present information effectively.

Ability to conduct Market Research, analyze data, and synthesize insights about customers, competitors, and industry trends.

Interest in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on supporting client outreach, lead follow-up, and positive customer interactions.

Foundational understanding of Marketing Strategy, including basic knowledge of campaigns, branding, and digital marketing channels.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Comfort working remotely, managing time independently, and collaborating with distributed teams using online tools.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Interest in technology, software development, or AI solutions; prior internship or project experience in a tech setting is a plus.
