About the Role

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager / Executive to join our team and manage social media presence for our clients and brands.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and current social media trends, along with the ability to develop engaging content strategies and grow social media accounts.

Freshers with strong practical knowledge, personal projects, portfolios or relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook and other social media accounts
- Develop and execute social media strategies
- Create and maintain content calendars
- Plan content ideas for Reels, posts, stories and campaigns
- Research trending content, hashtags and relevant topics
- Write captions and social media copy
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and other team members
- Schedule and publish content
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement
- Track social media performance and prepare reports
- Analyze reach, engagement, follower growth and other relevant metrics
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms and platform updates
- Suggest new ideas to improve brand awareness and engagement

Requirements
- Good understanding of Instagram and Facebook
- Solid knowledge of current social media trends




- Good communication and writing skills
- Creative mindset with strong content ideas
- Basic understanding of social media analytics
- Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar tools is a plus
- Previous experience managing social media pages is a plus
