NYou will get the opportunity to work with different teams, learn diverse aspects of maritime operations, demonstrate your capabilities, and build a career in the function where you are best suited.

NYour performance will be assessed based on your learning agility, technical understanding, initiative, ownership, communication, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

NWhere an urgent business requirement arises and you have demonstrated robust performance in a particular function, you may have the opportunity to transition directly into that team before completing all rotations.





NIf you complete the full program without an earlier absorption, your overall performance across the rotations will be reviewed to identify the function where you demonstrate the strongest fit.
